HOIC/SCE Offers Scholarships to Local High School Seniors(Added January 29) HOIC/SCE is pleased to offer 12 scholarships in the amount of $1,000 to area high school seniors whose parents are Class A or B members. To qualify, students must pursue a degree in agriculture or ag-business, auto/truck repair, carpentry or masonry construction at an accredited four year college or university or vocational trade school.
